DBE in Washington State is divided into Chapters. These are distributed west of the Cascade Mountains from Vancouver in the south to Lynden in the north.

Due to Covid 19 some chapters are meeting via Zoom and some have started meeting in person if all are fully vaccinated.

Evening meetings monthly, date determined by members' needs.

    Royal Oak Chapter

    Meets Sept thru June on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 11:00 am.   Brown bag lunch meetings in either a private home or community center. The venue alternates between Lynden and Bellingham. Informal meetings in July and August. 
    BOTHELL / So. SNOHOMISH COUNTY
    Regents Park Chapter
    Meet on the 2nd Monday, 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, Sep thru May at a Bothell church lounge.  Informal meetings in a local restaurant June thru August.

      Meets 2nd Sunday in Nov, Jan & Feb. 2:00 pm;   2nd Thursday in Mar, May, June, Sep & Oct., 7:00 pm.  Held at members' homes. April meeting is held at a restaurant.
