The British Bluebells chapter is currently serving members in the Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Factoria, and Woodinville areas. We meet on the second Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at various members’ homes. We break for the summer months of July and August. We try to meet up more often for fun social gatherings and activities across the year and have a festive rally during the holiday season. Activities have been walking, hiking, cycling, holiday wreath making, Guy Fawkes night, cinemas, meals, and book club to name but a few. We’re a fairly new group of only 6 people, so come join us and let’s build this chapter together!

Over the weekend of Mother's Day 2025, the British Bluebells kicked off the first fundraiser of the year. We met to construct ~40 boxes of delicious British themed treats to sell to the local community. Many of the items were homemade. Pauline is an artist with the British biscuits; Anne is an expert at the scones, and Heather whipped up many Eccles cakes with the help of her husband, Chris!  The others in our group, Kristie, Joanne, Debbie and Clare were hard at work negotiating donated goods from local businesses and finding and procuring the accompanying items.  We had a great time working on this project. We are very grateful to The Crumpet Shop for donating to our cause.
